Here is a little about me…

I have worked as a Midwife in the NHS for the last 7 years. Whilst I have always loved my job, having a work/life balance has always been difficult. I’m a single mum to an incredible 13yr old boy who is quite honestly my best friend (he may not thank me for saying this) and my rescue pup Max. So, with working full time and juggling these pair there wasn’t a whole lot of time left for me. Add a pandemic into that mix and my mental health and resilience really started to take the hit.

Fast forward to December 2023, after the most incredibly difficult year of my life battling my mental health, a breakup and losing two people who meant the world to me, I reached my breaking point. One day when scrolling social media, I came across and advert and there and then decided to book a wellbeing retreat for New Year (mainly to run and hide from the world and so far out of my comfort zone I can’t even begin to tell you), but the experience changed my life! All my anxiety and insecurities were left on that mountain in Wales. So now I’m on a journey of healing, growth and development and I haven’t looked back. I now enjoy meditation and being outside taking long walks in the country, socialising with people who are good for my soul and developing healthy boundaries.

Finding the affiliate marketing, where once again, just like at the retreat, I am surrounded by a strong, inspiring community of women has been life changing. Where I was supported to build my own business which will help me to reach my dream of financial independence and finally achieving that work life balance. I have always told my son, work to live, not live to work and now it finally feels like I am taking my own advice and it’s an incredibly exciting place to be.
